Shop Review: "Surprisingly nice! Dark fruits with a good acidity. There’s a nice smokiness that I was not expecting. It’s definitely dry, but leans heavily toward “jammy” and almost tastes a little bit like juice. This would usually be a red flag for me, but the acidity totally balances out the jamminess and makes it insanely drinkable while not being cloying." Personal Review: I am into drier wines that have a little bit of sweetness to them and this wine encompasses both of those very well. It did not get to a point where I thought that the wine was super dry, and the sweetness balanced it with it being very smooth-tasting going down. One of the things that I read said that this would taste good with spicy beef curry, so I'd really like to try it sometime.
